Never mind that, what about completely blurry CCTV footage. "We've got footage of the criminal act in question, can you identify the thief?". "No, I don't know anyone who's face looks like it was drawn with a grey crayon."

Or when news websites ask for help identifying a person and publish about 7 screenshots but pixelate the face of the person they're asking for help to identify. What's that all about?
