It would help if the media held his wild claims properly to account.

Yes, it turned our to be an extremely ambiguous "policy".
I think that he said "new" rather than "additional" which keeps numbers pretty much the same as they are now.

Everything is largely irrelevant until Brexit is either done or dead.
