Guess which one is in the North of England.


London treated as an entity based on lowest rates in the area. The north and midlands based on the highest rates .

Hancock said today there are 5 criteria not just simple numbers like you quote.

I’m looking forward to a substantial meal and a few pints next Thursday as a reward for acting responsibly.
