I think we can expect good news next week because Johnson will be desperate to divert the attention from his multiple problems.

Bojo will be needing sedatives after Starmer boxed him in yesterday.
Boris seemed to lose his cool a little at PMQ's and Starmer remained ice cool.

Just who did initially pay for these (very) expensive flat renovations ?

Starmer has fallen even more behind Boris in the polls despite his cheap John Lewis stunt. Probably because he rocked around rawtenstall whilst totally ignoring the Covid guidelines. Obviously thinks they don’t apply to him lmao.

Surely he must go down as the worst Labour leader ever. Can anyone think of anyone worse? Even Corbyn was better and that’s saying something lmao

I knew care in the community would never work with the funding provided by the Conservatives.

Completely agree - unfortunately the Tories are so far ahead in the polls that Johnson can virtually walk on water - and the cost of the flat doesn't even register. People just want to get back to normal - get vaccinated and move on. If the vaccination program continues at this pace Boris will be fine until the polls move against the Tories but Labour is bland I can't see how this will change.

Maybe at the end of furlough when unemployment will rise significantly then the tide might turn?

How much did they spend on the upgrade of the Lord Chancellor's gaff under Blair?

Labour are too bland, very worthy but bland.

Reckon nowadays for whatever reason, it's popularity and personality over intellect and integrity. That's why the tories are so attractive to posters like Steph Curry.

It is what it has always been about - what matters to the public.

If Lisa Nandy had her way all our vaccines would be sent to India - she doesn't want to question why there is no lockdown in India, why they spend a tiny % of GDP on medical care, why huge religious festivals are still going on etc. This is why Labour are out of touch with public sentiment.

The general public can see why there are issues in India - Labour don't want to address them because it might not be very woke - worthy maybe but out of touch with the electorate definitely.

Labour would have us in lockdown indefinitely because that suits their support base - all you ever hear for not opening up - there will be a new variant - its not a realistic view point - its worthy but not what bothers the electorate

Is this just another litany of whataboutism? Labour aren't in government, your incompetent bunch are.

Yip, about 43% of the electorate, judging by the last general election.

How do you explain Labour's desperate showing in the polls - the quotes to Nandy are correct listen to JHB show on Wednesday where she was interviewed.

She wanted to stop vaccinating the younger adults and send the vaccine's to India - no shortening of lockdown maybe a another variant, not the time to tackle the issues in India in respect of health care etc.

Labour simply are not relevant.

Another desperate attempt by Van der Leyen's biatch - you need to change the record
