Is this genuine? Do I need to contact them to cancel my direct debit, think it might be dodgy and I just want to leave it, obviously cancelled it with my bank, actually closed my bank account.

What can Enigma do in this case?

Would appreciate some help to a technophobe; thank you.

It's not rogue and isn't on any lists I've seen as rogue software however it's not a recommended software.
