I have a Samsung s3 mini, pay as you go, I never use the phone to phone never Txt, I only use Wifi at home and in the pub, Data is blocked, why then do I incur charges.
I currently have no credit on the phone but everything is still normal when I use Wifi, if I can use my phone with no credit bar the calls and text ect, why when I top up does someone take my credit.
