Does anyone know if Fax are getting involved in the dual signings ruling?

Not heard much up to now from any Championship clubs but Widnes have just announced 2 dual signings and a 3 month loan of a player all from Wigan.

I don't really agree with the idea, but if some clubs are doing it, we may as well get involved as well, to keep the playing fields level (except Batley, Dewsbury and Fev who all like slopey pitches).

we have a strong squad in situ but if there are good enough SL players out there that we could add, I think we should.

One of the Widnes dual reg signings is Shaun Ainscough on the wing, so our boys had better make sure they are on their toes when we play them.

i would like us to sign a couple of forwards,possibly under this arrangement.
the pack for the postponed sheffield game with azure out injured was the same as last season.dont think weve done enough to address this area.

The 2 dual signings are season long arrangements, but they can be recalled at any time and are free to play for either side as and when needed.

The 3rd guy is just a standard 3 month loan spell at Widnes.

Ainscough is a quality signing for them, so much so I'll have to take him out of my Fantasy SL team

As Widnes fans we're pretty made up with the signings - would prefer them to be permanent but it works well for both us and Wigan.

Ainscough we all know about and we've been after Davies for a while but Wigan fans rate Farrell as the best prospect of the three.

We now have great strength in depth - should make for a great season. Bring it on .

As red chemic has stated the squad is now very strong and probably the best overall weve had in a number of years. Ainscough will be a revelation on the wing and Farrell and Davies are both are both excellent pack players.

Guess this just shows how much the Championship has improved over the last few years as Widnes wont even start as favourites for either comp.
