Agreed, you can't hear the swearing. Plus bet most people on here moaning about that swearing actually thought it was funny the other week when Wigan were chanting 'you're poop and you know you are' to Bradford.

It is definitely audible as I commented on it when it happened, don't have access to the game back here over the dark side of the Pennines, but it is sometime in the second half.

Yes, swearing and bottle throwing are completely different, but it's the feckwits at the back of the stand who are both swearing and throwing bottles.

The difference between Saints and ourselves is that they are an established, successful team who don't need to try that hard to attract support and immature songs won't detract the masses from coming as their reputation is solid and the "product" is already attractive.
In our situation, with a lot of families there on Thursday and people coming to a League match for the first time as an alternative to the poor standard of Football thats around our area atm (Bradford City aren't much cop either at the moment) then these activities, unless stamped out will make these familes less likely to come, if at all.

I didn't hear that and maybe it is amusing somewhat but it is still wrong.

I remember back in 2003 when we were being taken apart by Warrington at Wilderspool and they all came into the Away stand in the second half and would not chanting "you're **** and you know you are". Not a very pleasant experience whatsoever.

I agree that was uncalled for, totally different though. We were already down and were having to use players who wouldn't get anywhere near our side now due to the financial state of the club. Bradford however still have a relatively big budget and wage bill (not as big as a few years ago) and still appear clueless.

You can't hear it, I've watched the game back twice on the TV and even when listening out for it you can't make it out.

Agreed, Sky usually cut the microphones as soon as any swearing starts anyway.

I still don't see the massive fuss, Its not like there was 2500 fax fans swearing away, it was a small minority. It doesnt put me off taking my son along, and I doubt too many other people are put off by it either.

I don't know who the kids at the back of the stand are, but they seem to get pulled up for as much as farting nowadays, There may have been a bottle thrown at the Salford game, and some alledged trouble in the Glynn Webb carpark after last years Widnes game, but other than those 2 isolated incidents which were reported to the club. they're pretty harmless. Its not like they're a hardcore set of Hooligans.
