If i remember correctly it is a 1 million pound turnover that was required and not a profit, dont forget we had a salary cap dispensation for £400k so 1 million with rent and staff etc quite easily i would have thought.

Turnover isn't the amount of money you spend - it's income from "sales". Maybe that's where Steve O'Connor and his accountant have got confused?
