"A not for profit Stadium Company!"
What planet are you on. There's no such thing. Where is the incentive for a company to take over the stadium if they're not allowed to make a profit?
OK, let's place an ad that goes something like:
"WANTED - A company with experience in running a Sports Stadium but requiring no reward other than to see the happy, smiling faces of the supporters of HRLFC and FCHT and to receive their grateful thanks and undying gratitude."

Er 'Not for Profit' does not mean you cannot actually make a profit, it means you do not have shareholders or directors who get dividends on any profits made.
In other words you can make money and pay staff but any surplus is reinvested in the business and nowhere else. Its a good model.
Thanks for giving Bubba his little bit of pleasure, if he had actually talked to his Dad he would have known this but no, never miss an opportunity to have a go at somebody and try make them look small eh Bubba???
