Once again I'm running the Great Manchester 10km Run on Sunday 15th May. Once more I have chosen to run for the Stroke Association as they are a fantastic charity and one close to my heart as my Lifeling Fax fan Grandfather suffered one the Christmas before last as well as a friend of mine of only 25 years of age, proof that they can hit any person, any age and in any condition. Whens the cut off date for donations?

You can donate up until and for a short time after the race. Obviously better before but as long as the Stroke Association gets donations it doesn't really matter!

This run is on Sunday morning, you might even be able to spot me on the live coverage on BBC2!

Good luck pal. I daren''t touch alcohol after the Marathon a few weeks ago, had a bottle of red in my hotel room and just looked at it all night with enduring eyes.
