On the Quinns it will be wether they are close to administration or not.
It will be money that decides it.

One thing that is for sure out of all the so called "boxes" to be ticked the biggest will be finacial stability and if a club, any club is close to the brink and the RFL will know about and will not be given a license.
No matter how much they are favoured by the RFL even they would not be able or prepared to face the fall out.

How embarrising would it be for the RFL to make an announcement on the advise of an "indepenadant body"
who after months of carefully reviewing all applicants for suitability and include a team only for them go bust shortly after.

One week, one week and we will know.

Its not just a independant body who decide, its also the RFL that was stated right at the beginning, The Independant panel do all the reviews and then its them and the RFL who decide up and down. So not very independant at all, its just that the reports are done by a panel not affiliated with the RFL.

Who knows bob,perhaps the rfl have told Wakey they can re-apply anyway, as long as there stadium is up to scratch or there new one is/has been built.

Yes your right that's why I put the independant body in brackets to emphasise the not so independance when it comes to the decision, i'm still convinced it will depend on the finacial stability or lack of from the applicants because everything else depends on the money.
