14 teams is a great idea. They just need to lower ground standards acceptance for new champ 1 teams and take a few teams in from elsewhere.

The game is knackered at Champ 1 level now anyway. It will literally be a amateur, nominal fee/ expenses paid league in 2013. The projected attendances for 2012 will prove that. So its upto the best 4 teams from champ 1 to get out of there next year if they wish to still play at semi-pro level.

Lets hope to god they keep promotion and relegation though.

I actually wouldnt mind franchising that much if it was done on a yearly basis rather than 3 long years.

I for one ain't, would much rather see a level playing field (says a lot from a Fev fan ). I have no problem with minimum standards, i.e. 10,000 capacity stadium, 100 toilets, whatever as long it is the same for everyone, and only if coupled with promotion and relegation.
