Good luck to them. At least this one is being built the right way. Good amateur set up and then joining semi pro at the foot of the ladder.

Its the right way to do it, good luck to them but we have seen it all before if they are still around in 10 years time that will be proof it worked.

I remember in my Greetland playing days when we were in the National Conference, we played Northampton at the newly built Sixfields stadium which I believe is where their town's footy team reside.
