Bit annoyed that the kids with season tickets who went in via the terrace side had to pay. I even asked why and the woman on the gate said "Well we had to pay at Batley" WTF!!! I even showed her the part of the season ticket card but she said to take up with the office after the game.
THEN I found out that if you went to the office at the other side of the ground to the car park you could get a ticket for free entry, but nothing about that at the entrance nearly all the Fax fans went in by.

It was on the fax website a few days before telling us it said that you'd have to show your card to the main ticket office and they'd give you a complementary ticket. Which is what I did. Then I was told that for every away game we will have to do this as fax are the only team to have junior "cards" this year instead of tickets like in previous years.

Halifax RLFC are not the only Club to have cards this season. The RFL have not provided clubs with the junior season ticket booklets this year, therefore the majority of clubs have cards. We are in the process of compiling a list of how juniors access each of the grounds, at some you can go straight through the turnstiles and at others you need to go to the Ticket Office for a ticket. This information will be published on our website as soon as all of the Clubs have replied.

There was a discussion about this on the Leigh forum last week. All seems a case of it being over-complicated and certainly hasn't helped with the RFL not provided the voucher books.

It didnt help at Dewsbury with there only being one person to deal with these and she wrote down the name and number of each person she gave a ticket to, causing lengthy queues. There has to be a better way!!!!

Obviously missed it on the club website. But thanks for the update though it is a bit of a farce.

She might have been writing down the name and number so somebody couldn't keep re-using the same card to get multiple tickets.

If the RFL Club Support Unit hadn't totally forgotten about Junior Season Tickets until they were asked (in October) when the booklets were due to be delivered, these problems could have been avoided. And then, if as suggested, they'd sent some guidelines out to clubs so that all club's junior season tickets had the same format, the problems could have been avoided again.

But no, they decided to do nothing until most clubs had already printed their junior season tickets/cards and then they asked clubs what format they'd used.

I know people tend to blame the RFL for anything and everything, but this really is their fault.
