Reading from his courier interview it sounds as if he is delighted to be given a chance to perform in blue and white!

and if all goes well, and leeds dont need him back at any point he would love to stay all year!


really excited to see what he can bring to us, no doubt has real quality coming from such an awesome setup with the world winning Winos.

with luke added to the fold our pack at full strength i think would match some SL sides!!!

According to skytext he is still part of McDermotts plans this year and he has allowed him to go to Fax due to 2 U20's matches being cancelled and him not having any game time. Used the dual reg instead of loan as its easier to recall him!

Yes its benefitting Fax but seems Leeds are 'using' you to get a player fit. Thats one of the downsides of the dual reg and the main reason why a lot of people don't like it.

surley Luke would be better staying with Fax than playing in the u 20's?!?!

the standard is way higher. From Lukes point of view all he has to do is look at the sucess of Jacob Fairbank...one year with Fax, and he is now in N Browns 1st team at Hudds.

Anyone know how bad his injury from Sunday is and how long hes out for? Was a suspected broken bone but heard the x-ray was clear, anyone got an update?

off his twitter it reads it was an overeaction by the physios. 3 of them thouht it was broken, but xrays clear..muscle damage.

That was a good report and how nice to see a local lad happy to play for Fax even though he is at a SL club, it shows how far we have come over the last few years that players now do want to play for us, lets face it most players have benefitted from the game time, Kopczack and Fairbank are good examples of that plus SL clubs like Leeds are happy to let a player come.
The pool of good players is only small so in times of injury crisis you need to be able to pull in a favour and get a decent enoiugh player to do a job, in the long term they may drop down to our league and even play for us!
