Did i see that you can't get DR players from clubs already officially twinned with someone else in your league?

Correct Demon Man, Besides I cant see a twinned Championship team being too pleased that another club has taken a player that they could have had when in this partnership, so it doesn't look like there is going to be any options for us with dual regs this year, Might have to be loans instead.
