Maybe he'd have been better of flying the 'plane. They were sat on it on the Manchester tarmac for around 3 hours prior to take off 'cos of some delay or other this morning !!!
I also hear that four or five of the lads have got into the Yorkshire squad after the weekend trial matches, congratulations & good luck to them

Well done to the 1st team lads on winning 70-odd nil today in the Yorks cup semi final down at Siddal. They now play the final next weds at Cas Lock lane 7pm kick off. Best of luck to Greeny & the lads in tomorrow's Yorkshire cup final, hit the link for further info on the final. The Calderdale college side will once again feature several of Halifax RLFC's U20's squad & hopefully son No.2 will lead his side onto victory & lift the cup. I understand the winners go automatically into the nationals cup draw without having to play qualifiers. It looks a tall order tomorrow given the opponents are the reigning champions & have already done the league double but it's a cup final. http://www.pitchero.com/clubs/calderdal ... seen_these
