I don't think it's just your supporters that are 'bored', I've personally missed around 7 or 8 games this season when I normally miss 1 or 2.
I love Fev, but i'm falling out of love with the game, it's too predictable. It;s losing it's heart and soul.
I have met some incredible rugby folk on my travels, one of the reasons why I still go.
As for your season over, give over 2010 hurts enough!
Hope you don't mind me poking me nose in!
Hey, nice to read your comments pal. I feel exactly the same about the game generally, just ask Mark Ashton & Robin about my thoughts, i've been saying it for a couple of seasons & it would feel the same if my club was in SL and was one of the clubs out of the circle of those who have a chance of winning silverware. I haven't been to the Old Trafford final for about three years now, haven't been to Wembley for even longer. The only thing that has kept me going to games regularly is the fact that my club was capable of & achieved getting to finals over the last few years.
I still thrive on watching my two sons play RL at their respected levels & both make me feel very proud, but i honestly believe that what i see on an amateur field is more passion & desire than i see on quite a lot of pro games, some of the games on premier sports channel have been dreadful this last two seasons and a poor advert for the game. The game isn't coached & played the way i wish to watch it, maybe i'm stuck in the past.
I hope the game gets a radical re-shape before long to re-ignite my interest, otherwise i'm away for good.
