1400 or so at Leigh and 800 odd at Sheffield, I guess if the weather says like this and with a 7pm kick off we'll be looking at just over a thousand though hopefully that won't be the case.

Shame we could have done with Dewsbury giving them more of a game. If Aston was smart he would have brought all his big players off early

Yes but they only have a few hardcore supporters who follow them around. Does n't matter what form they are in but we need to get the word around Halifax that there is potentially a great game down at the Shay on Thursday and people should het their asses down for it.

Its a tough one and we must treat Sheffield like we did at the Don Valley with total respect and work hard as they are still a good team, I would say we start as slight underdogs but we can do it, come on!

Also - let's not fall into the trap of thinking they'll be knackered because three quick tries at the start from them will render us psychologically paralysed. We have to start quickly, efficiently and yet and get the job done by half time. Hard work and clever play will win this. Anything short of this will see us dumped yet again from a competition by Sheffield. Don't know about the players but I for one am sick to death of that happening!! Let's shoot down the Eagles!!!!

The approach will be probably be a reply of the first game, and most likely the same team unless Thacks is back fit and comes in for Holden.

Keep it tight, in their faces with quick line speed in the early stages and try and shut their left side attack of Yere, Knowles etc down.

The packs cancelled one another out for long periods with Fax slowly getting on top.

Handforth had his best defensive game against Menzie the other week and Heaton can cause a few problems running at him as well.

Eagles right side attack usually puts the low kick in behind the defence so good positioning for our wingers and fullback.

A tough encounter with anyone to come out on top.

Neck on the block, Fax by 8 points.
