After tonight I am convinced that QLT is good enough to play in SL, he is for me another Zak Hardaker and Fev could not keep hold of him surely Sheffield cannot keep hold of QLT.
If they do I will be amazed and you have to ask how?

Sheffield Eagles have announced Quentin Laulu-Togagae has agreed a new two year deal at the club.
The contract extension will see the Samoan international remain at the Eagles until the end of the 2016 season.
Togagae, known to fans as ‘Q’ or ‘QLT’ joined the Eagles in 2011 from the South Logan Magpies and has been a prolific try scorer, scoring 35 tries for the club last season which broke the all time season record.
Eagles Head Coach Mark Aston said, “It’s fantastic Q has agreed to stay at the club. He’s got a great attacking flair which is the way we like to play, fast open free flowing rugby and he causes problems for many defences.
“Q has been linked with a Super League club this season so it’s testament to the work we do and setup we have here.
“The playing venue for the first team next season is still to be confirmed but this deal along with other players re-signing recently such as Misi Taulapapa and James Davey shows the high calibre of players we are retaining and that are committed to the club.
“Q is a family man and a great character to have around at the club. He does some great work coaching in the community and I’m highly delighted he’ll be staying here for the next 3 years.”
Togagae added, “I’ve really enjoyed my first few years here in Sheffield. Winning the Grand Final last year was great and I hope I can help bring some more silverware to the club.
“I did get offers elsewhere but my family has settled in well, there is a great squad and I’m really enjoying my rugby at the moment.”

WTF how on earth does Aston do this and how can they afford him? I am amazed the lad should be playing in front of much bigger crowds why stay at a club who will never go anywhere?

Why wouldn't anyone want to play for the best team over the last three years? He fits in well at Sheffield.

He is better than Championship rugby come on Sheffield are good at keeping their best players and again I have to ask how do they do it?
Even Fev can't keep some of their best players and they have the crowds and money.

Maybe because he's enjoying his rugby? Part of a successful team? Grateful to Mark Aston for bringing him over here and giving him the chance to shine? The fact he and his family are settled in Sheffield with his son in school?

Players don't count the crowd before signing a contract. Get a grip mate.

I honestly believe Scott Turner is better than most Super League wingers, Clever, pace, good defence, and never has a bad game!!!

Regardless of how good QLT is, Why isn't Rob Worrincy getting played?! He is no doubt one of the best wingers in the league and he doesn't get picked by KH and i'm not sure why. This just shows how we play under KH and we play through the forwards. We just don't use the backs well at all. Anyway realistically we've had a decent season but we need massive improvement next year which won't come from signings but through the coach staff. Up the Fax!!!
