So IF it went ahead who would win. Remember the first one between Wigan and Bath? 1996 Wigan smashed them and Rah Rah woke up. Rugby League players were fitter faster and harder. The aggregate score was Wigan 101 Bath 50. Half time under our code was 82 6 and if I remember rightly Wigan gave the goal kicking to every player to save the embarrasment of Bath conceding 100 O.k Bath won the second half. Final score 101 50, so Bath with there more complex rules managed 42 points to Wigans 19. My guess, give the League lads more time to practice Union and we would still wipe the floor with the pubic (sic) school boys. Incidentally Jeremy Gussett then a bath player refused to play, siting his objection to playing against League players. Some unkind people think he just sh"t himself.
