At the risk of repeating my self and covering everyones thought once more.
When K H was appointed i had hoped he would bring his obvious defensive structures and know how and ally them to the flair we had under Calland regime.
It seems that as others have said we dont push with multiple support runners and hence we cant create gaps by putting doubt into oppostion minds. Some of our passing is still slow and so it is obvious who the dummy runners are when we run our backs move - yes we have one.
KH was a super prop who never missed a tackle but hardly set the world alight with his busts or deft clever handling. This team is moulded in his image lets just hope that inspration comes from somewhere.
I know I shouldnt look back but i did prefer losing games with scores of 30 to 36 due to our inability to close games out to losing 8 to 10 due to our inability to close games out. At least i used to go home excited at the prospect of the next game. Dont get me wrong I love close games where last ditch tackling stops flying wingers and barging second rows but this season so far its all been too laborious.
So i will pay my money , get exasperated, moan and wait for dry pitches when all our props can start to sidestep and our backs can tackle and defuse bombs.
Oh so no tactical change then!
