First of all congratulations to Leigh.
Secondly 3664 was the attendance.
Three Super League ties, two of which were between Super League clubs attracted less.
Even Wigan had less than 1000 more than were at the LSV.
Bradford had 2341, for a club in such dire straights you'd have thought their supporters could have turned up. Obviously no free tickets.
Well done both clubs.
Could one of our Leigh/Fev friends tell us how many Lobbies and how many Flat caps were there.

Hope you, Robin and Johny Dep look alike had a good day.
I'm sure Charlie and Salford lad did.

I almost went to this game, I even turned down the offer of a lift from one of the match officials. I firmly believe this should have been the televised match, i heard that Fev were due to take 10 busloads of speccies, that's not bad compared to our LSV challenge cup match two years ago. I believe that Championship players/clubs play a more natural brand of RL compared to the more structured sets bashed out in SL & is a more attractive ( slower albeit ) spectacle. Good luck to both Keighley & Leigh, how good would it be if they drew each other but i'm sure one of them will end up going to Odsal.....

Around 700 ish from Fev, so around 2,900 leythers including many like myself attending for the 1 st time in ages

John it was a great game , a very good advert for out League , and the Fans were good to , we met a fair few Fev Fans in the George I had a very good chat with Fev Grinder and his mates , what a good bunch of blokes , show the true spirit of the game , hope to see them again next week in the Fev Hotel .

The crowd was good both supporters played their part , Fev need a goal kicker , not much in our teams Ryan Brierley had a blinder as usual , but Big Sam was MOM , and played great went off to a standing ovation , looked to really enjoy his rugby now , next week will be crucial for our League , I don't want to sound big headed but a Leythers win will see us in a great position .See you all in a couple of weeks time ,8th June , its my Wedding anniversary that day , but I will be at the LSV to celebrate .Charlie knows .

Only if we get drawn at home and 'Fax fans come to watch. (Quarter finals are scheduled for that weekend) Yet again, progress in a cup competition (either us or 'Fax) has interfered with our home game!
