Welcome back.
Ex KCP I think so he must be good.
John, sorry for being an a$$ here, but one line of your statement appears incorrect to me.
If i pointed you towards the last line & offered you the "possibly not the same J. Saltonstall" phrase we're somewhere near the truth.
Unless someone can of course correct me, he played with the Siddal club as a junior.
Great kid is Salty, i really hope he makes a good fist of things at Halifax RLFC for many years to come. It's great all these SL clubs putting good working practices into youth players for many years & then allowing clubs in the divisions below to take them off their hands after putting so much time, money & efforts into their education, thank goodness it isn't on a dual-reg deal too.
I'm glad the people at Halifax RLFC listen when they're given snippets of info every now & again
Well done to the club for brokering this deal as I understand James was still under contract at Wire, he could turn out to be a significant signing i feel. ( play him at full back too BTW )
