No - I don't get it. Why would you put money into your rivals' coffers ?
I know your only joking Griff, the advantage of going to away games is that the team need our support in sometimes hostile atmosphere and also the Owlerton library SShhhh, if that means putting money into our rivals coffins (Odsal) then good, it keeps our great game alive. It's all about supporting your team your town and the game. Mmmmm.
Certainly do. Small problem, some of us like to be behind the posts and some of us on the half way. I normally stand behind the posts at Fev but last year didn't feel too welcome (not wanting to start an argument) so I stood on the touch line with quite a few others. Coincidentally that is the most sensible position for me as its just next to the chip van and I was able to sneak in two excellent portions. Hopefully there will be a lot more of us travelling next year (remember the old days with half a dozen Golden Riders on the M62?) Well lets try and get back to that. If you want to be our leader, I'm with you faxfanman, study the ground before each game and let us know where is best. Perhaps post it on this forum and get the club to post it also. See you all in the toilets at Leigh for a smoke.
Aye HJ, I understand that people like to stand in different parts of the ground but if we all made a concious decision to all stand together it might be good for everyone. Some places will be easier than most to decide where to go as we will be allocated a certain part of the ground like we were at LSV last year. However even then we were all scattered about the stand rather than condensing together, meaning we coul dget going but only in bursts

I would be very happy to stand with everyone else the problem is knowing where before going in.

Haha - you're right, HJ. Sport is different to other industries. We need an opposition. And a credible one.
