I thought the score line flattered Widnes. We could quite easily have nicked it. The future looks bright if RM and the lads can go toe to toe with Super League sides like that. Especially since we are part time. It just shows RM has them doing the right things

There's also plenty to improve on, in that we spilled some ball and gave away some daft penalties. Well done Fax

Great effort from Fax, as other comments state we tried one pass too many at times and it cost us in the end, defensive we are as good as most, but experience will sort that niggle.
The ref was awful, do Red Hall still tell them to make sure Fax lose, and their performance will not be included in the averages at the end of the season?
Seems some really one sided Vikings posted,to me that show teams are becoming scared of the Fax.
On the positive the future looks blue and white.

Get used to the worst performance of the season comments, we still have them to come from Hull Kr, Salford, Leigh, and Wakefield fans. Ive excluded Sheffield and Bradford because they have already had their worst performances of the season against us.

I keep seeing a lot of comments re part time V full time but our lads fitness levels are as high as many SL teams. The areas we lack in are not been able to use the same recovery techniques due to most of the lads working and also the extra time spent on the training field running moves and things. If we had that I do not think the current team would be far off the levels of Hull Kr and Widnes. I do not think it can be stressed enough how badly the teams near the bottom of SL have wasted their years of money that they have had coming in, Bradford & london can probably be included in that as well.

Bradford didn't have the worst performance. It was a good effort by the fringe players. Sheffield beat a much better Bulls team.
