RM has to stop living on past success and get back to playing basic rugby league. The biggest disappointment for me was not competing at Batley.
Player recruitment - could have been better, but we've cut wages and aren't in a position to sign better players without more cash. Spending too much on coaches - last year without a doubt, but they're gone now. Big screen - I said it was useless from day 1, good riddance. Reserves - disagree on this one - we've had a few come through the reserves, and I think it's a good value investment.
