Personally I think seeing Ben run with Shad feeding of him was one of the best sights recently, You could always tell a try was on the way. Times change. I think Ben is like Gibbo, Halifax is in his blood, but it can't last forever.

Interesting the anti-tampering deadline for SL and the Championships is September 1st. Therefore any news about who is signing for next year would mean that a club has broken the Operational Rules regarding making illegal approaches to players under contract. After the 1st, you can approach any player whose contract expires on 30th November of this year. Otherwise the anti-tampering rule remains in place for contracts with years remaining on it. So either this is just a big pile of poo or Widnes are in a lot of trouble!
