We are always about 12 points or more down and then, on comes Penky.
If he started would we have this heart stopping period where we think "here we go again"
Personally I think Penky could do the whole 80 mins.
At least he is never dull, did you see that free kick that missed touch by a mile, saw the ball today on the M621.

Its usually same with the pack. The lightweights start in the 1st XIII, then the re-enforcements come on after 20 minutes.

Johnny lad, I think Penky is grrreat, but we won at Leigh without him, so try less to discredit the rest of the team, eh?

Impact sub, introduce him as the teams are starting to tire. Same situation with Aizue.

Spot on DARE, maybe leave him on for the remainder of the game once he's on though. Bobby does a good enough job starting anyway, and btw I thought he looked pretty decent at half back the last 20 when we were on a roll, threw some fantastic passes out spreading the play

Yer got to agree, why wait until we are losing before bringing Penky on, why not be 12 points up before giving him a break or how about giving him a full 80 minutes???

Cos he's more effective with fresh legs against tired legs, who's to say he'll be as effective with an immediate start when defences are on top?

But other teams don't leave their main strike player out until 20 or 30 minutes have gone they play them the fully eighty, what are we saying he is not good enough for eighty minutes?
We look clueless without him although I wish he would stop having brain explosions and do the dumb stuff he does at times like yesterday!
But he is class and would not want to lose him.

Bob is class too and gives direction - looks at the Widnes and Leigh games. He seems to play at his best when Penky isn't around (except York!)

The problem is that we are not tackling in the first 20, would we be in a better situation with Penky on? I think probably not. The idea I suppose is to grind it out for 20 and then inject the pace against tired legs, as pointed out by Dare.
Penky and Bob give different types of games but Bob bring the forwards in and gets the ball moving well around the ruck as well as having better distribution. A lot of Penky's game is off the cuff so needs the team to be more aware.
