Does anyone know of anything about these boys ?. Any rumours of where they might be going or contracts offered here ?.

I dont think we will be seeing Goddard, he isn't the player he was. He isn't value for money.

Beswick - not heard anything of him going elsewhere. We need him.

Banno - keep. I can imagine a number of clubs have been in touch... similar to beswick.

Goddard no thanks, time to move on. Beswick yes class player, Banno not bothered if he stays or goes tbh.

I agree with Keeping Beswick and Banno if possible but this is how i now see it.

White, Worrincy, Patterson, Handforth, Thackery, Manning, Haley, Penkywicz, Barlow, Aizue, Bowman, Tyrer, Reitte, Heaton all confirmed.

We also have Sean Hesketh, Iain Morrison who are TBC, where the hell is all the money going to come from whilst staying in the cap, i trust the BOD and KH not to end up above the cap but with the agenda being youth development and maintaining the under 23s i didn't think we would assemble a team like this so quick and within budget.

another 9 more to come in to get us to the 25 players that KH mentioned.

Keep Banno and Beswick, but i'm afraid i'd have to let Goddard go.

Agreed, keep beswick and bannister. Both quality players and get through alot of work in defence. Goddard would have to go, too injury prone and im sure he would be on a decent wage, we cant afford to be paying a player a decent wage to warm the physios bench.

I have mixed feelings about Goddard, he did show a few flashes of his great play towards the end of the season and part of me says a full season could see him at his best, but its a gamble. Thank god its not up to me.

Ill be sad to see people like Goddard, Banno, Beswick go because on their day they have been excellent for us, but...yes when you look at the players that are going, or rumoured to be aswell, you can quite easily see how we can afford to rebuild, injury prone or having had their best days, I'd much rather us spend money on local lads that dont need putting up, finding work, visas etc.. and it would appear that Rhino is looking for players that are on the up rather than onto a good thing with us, with a dash of experience to bring these guys along, and with people like Handforth and Azuie as elder statesmen to bring them on, im excited about the season to come.
I think we can probably get a couple more too, before we flood the club with youth, im very impressed with the balance Rhino is building in our squad and it would appear our backers are buying into it too.

I totally agree and I think we've invested a lot by keeping on an injured player so with that in mind I'd probably keep him on for another year to play for his shirt.

Beswick and Banno are a must to keep. Banno has great tackling ability and can appear in the right place to pop up and score a try
Beswick has to be our most versitile player and has shown the class we all know he has.
Goddard we've shelled out a lot of money on John while he's been injured. think he's worth another year as pay back and loyalty
