Not happy with Asda taking down the Hall of fame. not sure if it's going back up.
I could be wrong but the way I read it ,it was Mcdonalds who want it moving from their cafe part as they are redecorating and will not go with new decor. So that must mean they are fed up of it and it may go into the supermarket part when they decide if it`s apropriate.I never did get why it was in a Mcdonalds anyway but given it was built on our old ground I suppose it`s as good a place as any .
So right then guys if they don`t want it at Asda where would you think is an apropriate place for the Hall Of Fame ? As I notice the one at the Shay get`s covered up with a curtain when we are not playing.
Also is there a plaque on the building inside or out that mentions that it`s built on our old ground? You know something like the Blue Plaques for famous people . If not isn`t that something we could try to arrange?
You can tell I don`t shop there ,I`ve only been a few times since it became a Supermarket it upset me to lose Thrum Hall.
