Now't to do with the thread , but, I was fortunate a long long time ago, in my dark side (rugby union days) to have played at Esher, at the time, they boasted 4 senior sides, a few junior sides and that was it.
Now they have 7 senior sides, 11 juniors and 15 mini teams.not to count seniors, I would assume that the RUFC has done a lot for clubs like this, perhaps they saw this as a way forward, invest in youth, what does the R FL do?
Cancel under 23's , tell clubs to use other clubs fringe players.
Until something happens at the top, ie Red Hall, we "Rugby League" will never move forward.
