It's a tough job and a thankless task running the Trust as it relies on a few volunteers who give up their time for the love of the club.
However I genuinely think it needs some younger generation fans to get involved as it is in danger of becoming a little stale and outdated in its ideas. In my opinion it needs freshening up and relaunching.....
The people who run the trust do a fantastic job and maybe its just a case of putting some more structures in place to help the people who run it make it run a bit more smoothly.
Im no expert here and Im not sure how they run things at the moment but like the minutes and newsletters they should be pretty easy to get out to people in an email. Most basic spreadsheet or Database programs can be set up to enter all details and as long as you can get an email addy off everyone(most people will have one or access to one) then it could be set up to send out en mass to everyone at almost the click of a button.
It will take a bit of time in set up but saves so much time in the long run, not only that but they can be then used for all sorts of offers and things. Or for our Town fan friends the emails could be sold on to raise some money so they could all get phone calls and emails about an accident they had.
