Probably a decent signing for them, someone with knowledge of the division unlike Lowes.

Indeed. Very different in our division - although the Bulls look like they'll stick to full time players.

Are all the coaches included in the salary cap too.

They have 30 players + coaches all on full time contracts.

what are they doing employing their wife's and girlfriends as exceptionally well paid cleaners and bar staff

Basically Bulls cannot afford not to get back in SL next season so have to throw all they can at promotion.
