If needed, will there be a game 'plan B'? (or C, D, E etc)
Will players be played in their best/preferred position or slotted in somewhere to accommodate them?

You were a very successful assistant coach at a very successful club.
What made you decide to move to a club like Halifax?
What do you see as the future for our club?
A three year contract, where do you see us towards the end of that?
Will you still be involved with your international commitments?

Welcome Richard are you planning to get a more passing game into our play and are you happy with the squad you have so far or do you feel there needs to be a few more additions?

Is he happy with the squad he has inherited and can he realistically see us in the middle 8 at the end of the season?
