On the Keighley forum it has been stated that Toulouse have been invited and accepted to join Championship 1 next season.
Is this right?
Also they are very unhappy with their coach, Marsh but no one seems to want Karl.

Yeah, perhaps 'Fax may have to spend some of their unexpected, 'ill-gotten gains' on an expensive trip to the South of France - hopefully three days before we play you in a re-arranged league fixture!

Yer they are playing in Championship One next season, I presume the RFL will be helping them and the other clubs playing them with their expenses as how else can they afford to play in the English game???

THey had very good sponsors in their earlier foray into Div 2.

Whilst the British clubs had a squad of 25 paid for by the RFL at a cost of £10000+ a time, Toulouse paid for their own travel costs, around £150,000. Whether that proved a worthwhile investment, only they can say.

Its a strange ground to go to as I am sure you will know Griff, surrounded by houses its a surprise when you actually see it.
A nice tidy ground with a loyal band of 100? supporters. What I like most and that's why I am pleased they are back in is the club house, over 100 years of Rugby League memorabilia.
The local area Pau, Albi, Castres all with strong Rugby League traditions going back many years.
O'h although no chips a beautiful spiced sausage baguette.
