fax looked the better of the teams on attack, but gifted some soft tries and position. looked fast in attack too. if keep it up not going to be a bad season as some predicted.

Agree Swifty. Today we did enough to win it but in the end we did just a bit more to lose it.

Second half no hooker or Centre which left us with only two subs. And at the end of the day we lost because of an unlucky bounce. Great effort lads. I still think we need a lot of work if we are to compete for top four. But considering fev are one of the favourite for top four we could have and should have won today. Despite that second half hadycap. Oh and also first chice half back not playing

We were out performed in first half and did well to keep game so close, although a few mistakes and our left side defence looks suspect.

In the second half there was nothing in it and that is a real positive given the injuries, although we made mistakes one of which cost us the game.

We need work, but I was impressed with the effort. Not top four team though.

After having a dreadful first half, the improvement in the second half was very noticeable and the game could have gone either way right to the end. We looked like we were carrying a few walking wounded by the end. What we need to do is play like the second half for 80 minutes and we'll win more than we lose. BTW, who thought it was a good idea to put Connor at full back?
