I agree, no more than they should read into our result v Leigh last thursday.
Any Fev fan who lives with the belief that we will runaway with the league like last year are living in cuckoo land. It's an extremely competitive league this year as widnes will attest!

I'm looking forrad to Thursday now. We've both got a couple of players missing and both not yet adequately replaced an impact player.
Briggs absence has a greater impact than Zacs by a factor of loads!!!!!

Can't/won't predict Thursday. Owt could happen.

I CAN SEE NASH IN THE 2ND ROW BEEN VERY USEFUL,

AND THINK THAT BANNISTER SHOULD GET THE NOD OVER SMITH(CLOSE CALL) AND CLAYTON(WHO HAS DONE NOTHING YET SINCE HIS RETURN)

THINK OUR HB SHOULD BE BLACK AND JONES, THEY HAVE TO GEL, IF WE ARE TO BE SUCCESFUL THIS YEAR.

For me the following and would take a risk at having 3 Props on the Bench. I expect Fev will try and play a Physical game and also try and slow us down. I feel if we have fresh Props running at Dickens and try and get Nash and the backrowers to run at Saxton as much as possible and tire him. The line speed must be constant and good to shut down Finn. We need to learn to build pressure as well. We will never score every time and sometimes a good set followed by a Quality Kick AND chase is needed. If we can do that then we have a good chance of not just a win but stopping them getting a bonus point!
