So you know how we felt then at Widnes the last few years?
I have always said the Salary cap has made it easier for smaller clubs to compete.Years ago Hunslet would never have beaten Widnes and i am not been disrespectful.The loss of Shad,Maloney,Branighan,Larder,Tamghart, etc takes away your better pack and attacking options.Players like Gannon,Aizue, and Smith are past it, and jones i never thought was on the same wavelength as Branighan.Anyway it just shows it is about getting the right balance on recruitment, and i feel lucky we are going into Superleague.I wish you luck with your licence process.
