considering the quality players we had sat in the stands yesterday (Black, Nash, Goddard, Barlow) i think there is reason to be optimistic. Any team would miss those guys.

Not wanting to sound big headed because I thought you scored the better tries and were very unlucky with three missed tries but, we were not on our game yesterday. That was a sloppy Leigh compared to recent weeks. Chins up Fax and once again I have been to your place and had a great day and won for a change.

Sitting in the East Stand, well actually standing out side the banqueting suit we were directly next to where White put a foot into touch on two occassions. Each time it would have been a try. Reason? Patterson ran so wide on both occassions that White was so close to the line when he received the ball he had very little choice. Whites fault? Pattersons? But certainly not Matts. BUT with a bit of luck we could have won.

I thought we was lucky to get a Bonus Point as we was 32-10 down and playing as headless as always. Penky came on again (Like he did in the first half) and we looked a different side who could trouble Leigh. Our go forward the whole game except from Aizue was to be honest Pathetic. Our Forwards were lucky to make 5 Metres and it was just one man stuff. Why do we not have 3 or 4 Runners doing angles making it not so obvious what we was doing. At some stages of the game we looked clueless in attack with no runners. Our only way of making any headway is to try and keep the ball alive. Our game plan yesterday was poor and Leigh outplayed us. Think we had to drop out 3 or 4 times. They had a number of runners as well.
You cant blame Matt for Players mistakes- Missed tackles, poor positioning, Centres running the wingers out etc. But what he is to blame for in my opinion is why we have a poor forwards, why we do not seem to have much of a game plan, why we struggle to play basic rugby and build pressure, Why we have our best player of the field for a large section of the game.

Seriously i dont think you are a bad team , maybe a couple of your players are past their sell by date ,Holly ,Smith , Gannon ,Frank ,but otherwise you are ok ,maybe you need better coaching ,i dont know , but you do have speed Worrincy would be in my team everytime ,a very good player ,Penky should come home .
