All is not well up there, currently at least 5 coaches on the payroll, Ned Catic's left suddenly. and I wouldn't say Barrow looked that motivated last week, they should really have torn us to bits with the man advantage but didn't seem to kick on at all.

Yes he did fella, if you click on his tweets he put another one on straight after saying, " oh did i mention that Des got rid of Nigel Wright for cost cutting reasons " And that it was not a SL club he was on about.

Bad for them but good for us, god this sport is just dog eat dog now aint it.

Haha, I told him a thing or two about the Nigel Wright situation, I know what Des said to NW on the phone when he sacked him, I also know what NW told Des

Find it hard to feel sorry for Barrow, so many of the fans have loved following the Des Show, defended him to the hilt despite people warning it would all end in tears. Don't want anything bad to happen to any club, but people there have let one man run the show, theres a bit of a feeling of "Hate to say i told you so" here I think.

Allegedly, a certain player, possibly mentioned on this thread, threatened the two ladies that work in Barrows club shop.

Barrow statement: "On Monday 11th July, 2011 there was an incident at the offices of the Auxiliary Branch and Barrow Raiders in Scott St involving a player and two female members of staff.
Consequently a complaint was made to the police who are investigating the incident.
Whilst the matter remains in the hands of the police and club solicitors the matter remains sub-judice with the club having been advised to make no further comment at this time."

So its maybe the same Barrow player who told my mate to fvck off when my mate told him to get away from under the sticks as we took a conversion in the 2nd half last week, sounds a nice guy.
