Crusaders will be in championship 1 next year alongside the scorpions and not our division. Harris off to Wigoon as Asst coach

The best way of dealing with the RFL and Crusaders is to realise that we are the "customers" and supply a good percentage of the money.
If Crusaders are allowed to come into the Championship and found to have been given a parachute payment I just wont go to the home and away games involving Fax and them. All other occasions I will support Fax 110%.
Whilst Crusaders have been in Superleague I have never watched one of their matches either live or on Sky.

As a Crusaders fan I do not see the need for parachute payments or such like. We should budget for 1,500 gates and pay players accordingly. I think all the talk of quotas, salary caps etc is a total red herring as I am sure a new coach will be looking more towards Swansea than Sydney for new players.

Not to mention letting Blackpool go to the wall. I would hazard a guess that just 100K could have saved that club.

But there is only room for one club at best in Wales not two.
People seem to forget that we had clubs in South Wales back in the 80's and early 90's and they failed too!
Its RU country end of story and now they have two decent football clubs in Cardiff and Swansea where will RL get its support from?

1500 is Ambitious In My Opinion, gates will drop dramatically in the Championship, "Part-time" Fans will turn up to see the like of St.Helens, Wigan, Leeds ect come to town, how many of these will still come when its lesser teams.

Also there will be a significant drop in Away supporters attending, so less people through the gates there. I think you'll be lucky to see 1000 some weeks.

As for recruitment it has to be sensible, if another plane carrying the likes of Jace Van Dijk, Tony Duggan ect turns up, it'll be a farce from the start.

All well and nice saying how many Fans have been in touch wishing Crusaders well for the future, but theres still a lot of bad feeling outside of Super League (rightly or wrongly) towards the Crusaders due to the advantages they were given last time they were in our structure, expecially with things that have come to light since, Missing pension payments, players being deported ect, and that may never go away.

There is no relegation from SL, remember? Sl is a totally seperate entity from the rest of RL. It is, effectively, a private members club which you have to apply to join and, if you subsequently leave it, you should have to apply to join the Championship Leagues and, if accepted, should start in the lower league and work your way up.

They should also bring in a new rule whereby ALL goalposts should be securely fixed in concrete and alarmed so the RFL can not sneakily move them without anyone knowing.

Agreed on certain points (especially the ill feeling of Championship clubs and not importing lots of Aussies) but remember a lot of Wrexham sports fans boycotted Cru because they did not want their money going to Moss and Roberts and now they are out of the way at Wrexham FC and hopefully at Crusaders there is no political agenda at paying to watch either club and I think there is the potential to get new people watching even at the lower level.

Mud sticks I agree but that is no reason not to give it ago and if they are the team everyone else hates that might not be a bad thing for adding crowds and atmosphere to Cru games with people wanting to take us down a peg or two but I fear the likes of Fev, Leigh and Halifax playing each other will be the only games anyone gets remotly excited by in the current Championship structure and that is more a RL failing rather than anything to do with Crusaders.
