Good luck to Karl next season. He will always be held in the highest regard for what he has done with our club, and I am sure he will do an equally good job with you next season.

No denying there are some big boots to fill. 3 finals in 3 years. Who knows maybe 4 yet.

be interesting to see who he keeps playing staff wise.

Would love to see him get inside Barlows head and harness that aggression into his game fully expect him to beef the pack up.

think we may see maloney back next season.

Fantastic appointment for fax, he will ship out the dead wood and and get you consistent no doubt about that.

Great appointment.

Hopefully he will bring a couple of players with him from Batley, wouldnt mind Danny Maun and a couple of other from Batley

Welcome back Karl. Please have a big clearout and bring in some fresh players especialy in the forwards and in the halves. Personally I hope Bally is kept on as he has done a good job in hard circumstances but he is also a key to maybe future academy signings via Brookbank School etc. I do think some of the backroom staff should go and we get a bit of a change throughout the club. Matt Calland did a good job and whilst I didnt agree with how he did things he did get results. Hopefully karl can add to that but keep our flambouyant play but add some steel in defence as well as mentally be tougher

Talking to Ash Lindsay last night in the pub. He told me he's on his way to Halifax along with Handforth.

Glad to have him back at Halifax RLFC, and here's to a great tenure as head coach.

Gonna be interesting to see who comes and goes in the playing and coaching squads. Let the rumours commence. I think we'll need to start a fresh thread for that.

Welcome back to the club Karl, I am sure you will do well for us. On another note I hope there is a place in the coaching staff for Damian Ball, as he has been good both on and off the field for Halifax RLFC.
