It would have been much better for Batley to delay this until at least after sunday, How is Black, Bowman or Jones going to feel when they dont know if they have a spot to fight for or if they are being let go.

I just don't get this comment. Our season has ended, so we are now making our statements about our squad for next season. Despite what you may think, the world does not revolve around halifax. Stop reading so much into it. None of you complained when KH 's move was made public. Stop the persecution complex.

Anyway, good luck to Paul. He is a quality player and I for one could never doubt his passion and effort. I am sure he will go well for you next season.

I've heard it from more than one source that Tiger was naming names last saturday up Greetland All-Rounders who was signing/signed for Halifax while he was on duty coaching Methley.

Welcome aboard, I haven't always been a fan of Tiger but trust Rhino's judgement.

Think your wide of the mark here mate. Batley have no right to announce that Handforth has signed for any club, only that he has left Batley. The Halifax club gave assurances to Batley that they would not destabilise Batleys season by announcing the capture of KH for next season and i believe that they stuck to this agreement until Batleys season ended. I believe also that you will find that GFB is correct. You might need to look closer to home.......the world equally does not revolve around Batley either.
