On this occassion, I feel it is the only decision to take. I was in the office at the Shay earlier this week & felt the build up to sunday's game away from the field of play, the tension, the organisation that i was informed of, the willingness of some of the Halifax club's personnel including a director of the board in their offer of helping to build bridges between the two sets of supporters when they heard of my plan when we go to Fev on May 6th. Rotherhamfevfan, Fevgrinder & Sidnee, I'll fill you in on the detail if I get chance to get to sunday's game & see you's for a pint prior to the game ( this isn't something I normally do at home matches, so consider it a special occassion, just for you !!! )
I would much prefer for us all to be able to stand shoulder to shoulder at the game, watch a cracker, have the banter & congratulate whichever team won gracefully, but hopefully, time, common sense & other factors will make this happen sooner rather than later.
Footnote: It's no guarantee that I'll get to the game on sunday due to very private & personal matters so don't think I've welched on you if I don't make it to the game lads. Enjoy your visit but don't be taking any points home with you
