Couldn't have asked for anything more.
Very much on top in the forwards which allowed us to get the halfs linking very well creating gaps to send players through.
Swinton on paper had a decent side out but the players are not a team with several in from Wire.

Nope RFF-not quite yet! League table never lies and there are two quality teams up above us at the mo! With Batley snapping at our heals. Great advert for the Championship with these quality sides no doubt going to take it to the wire. Went today to se the lads get back on the horse after a tough few weeks and can ask no more than giving a lower in the league side a proper shillacking away from home.Some very enjoyable and entertaining rugby by a side initially showing a lack of confidence. Great effort.
Same can't be said for the lack of a Doctor organization /late kick off and poor crowd. (Big hand to those of us who did make the effort to go though)
This great game really is in poor nick for paying customers I'm afraid.

Good to see the lads start as they meant to go on today from the off and yer Swinton were poor but we put them to the sword with soem great tries, good passing and support play which has been missing for the last few weeks. Well done Rob for his 5 tries the poaching king, pleased to see Ryan Fieldhouse get back to form today with his runs from deep and that terrific pass around the man to put Rob in for one of his tries.
Good support from the Fax fans today we made up around 70% of the crowd, it is tragic to see how few Swinton fans are left I guess its a result of them playing out of town and being Warringtons A team I think they would be better down in Championship 1 playing in their own town and having their own team, rebuild and come back up one day stronger hoepfully.
Anyway back to our team and lets keep this up now lads, you showed what you can do and yer okay we won't get the space we got today but that fast hands and good support will pay dividends in the long run.

Had a very enjpyable afternoon, quite glad the game was delayed, infact that new pub garden was so nice I would have been happy if it had been delayed to 7.30. But on second thoughts that would be too Sheffield ish.
Very pleased to meet for the first time Charlie Caroli and Bentleyman. I hope he doesn't mind me saying this but, Bentleyman lives near Doncaster and today he made it to the game by train and bus, so I am told, I was also told that he hardly ever if ever misses a game. A true supporter.
Sat with three friends who are Swinton supporters, one of which had come from Adelaide, beat that Bentlyman!
Incidentally, shouldn't we have been allowed to play on after the final hooter had gone?
Anyway a good day out.

As I have said above we were sat with three Swinton friends, they are feeling down for a number of reasons, lets not forget that Swinton are a club with a great tradition and they obviously miss those days, they are playing "on the road" and have done for some years now, they are divided over dual reg, enjoyed watching Lee Briers and Moreley but would rather stand alone.
Today not only our three friends but other Swinton supporters who we were introduced to felt there must be something wrong at the club, one statement was "Are the players not being paid again" Something I think us at Fax have thought over the years.

Well John it was nice meeting you Bentleyman is a good friend of mine already , as a few other Fax Fans are , I seem to have more Fax friends than I do Seagulls friends , not bad for a Brownose .
For Charlie you didn't have much to beat today , Swinton are the worst team in our Division , but they did have a weakened team out today , no Briers , Morley , Westwood , or Paul Wood , or Ben Harrison , so they can be excused .

Charlie was impressed with the Worrier ,Rob that is , took his tries well , and the Fax following was good , I didn't see Littlerich ,someone said he doesn't attend away games , then another Fax fan said he doesn't attend home games either .

Anyway John it was good to meet you , hopeto see you in the Wren when you next p;lay at the LSV , come over , and I will get you a drink , I know Bentleyman went home happy , but it will be some time yet before he reaches Donny .
