Not taking sides, not in my nature, but triran does do a lot of unpaid work for our club.

There be the issue, the notice period to come to a meeting is usually less than 24 hours period - catch 22 and a twist of fate and all that.

Like HalifaxJohn said - I already volunteer a lot of my time to the club however this particular board member who heard my rant has arranged for me to speak to the board directly in the coming weeks so I can help them where I can.

Posting a day or two before the meeting is not good. Is it too much to ask that notice of 7 days be posted prior to each meeting please?

All comments taken and discussed at Board(5 members) and Members Meeting last night and once we get a new data base set up things should improve.
One comment is that new members were asked via this forum and match day programme to contact members of the Board if they were not receiving letters or newsletters, none were received by me.
Next meeting AGM Weds 6th November 8pm Function Room 1 East Stand 8pm. Quiz at Ivy House 30th October 8pm £3 entry.

a small clue. meetings are on the first wednesday each month. so can guess the date for any month.
