Regular readers know that Charlie and we take it in the jest it was intended.
You will have to accept that two Shay is a Town supporter simply trying to wind us up. Just look at his post. If the club is not professionally run then why have we a record no of sponsors this year, paying more for the privilege than before.
Charlie I may have to miss your visit next month, promised myself I wouldn't miss a game all year and then my Daughter decides to have her Birthday on that day!

I bought mine, my dad's and a junior for my lad first week in January, numbers were 320 then which isn't great at all I have to say. Then a week later but one get one free or something for games if you attended Italy vs tonga, straight away onto a loser as I knew I would miss at least one game due to being away. Defo would have been cheaper to pay as you go for us.

That's the way it is John , although my youngest Daughter who is 18 , has said she is going to come to a few games next season .

Will it be the big shoes, the red nose, the spinning bow tie, or perhaps the bowl of custard?
Either way, bring her to the Shay, culture is important for a lass of her age.

I do understand your point and I know many people who say the same, but, a season ticket bought early gives the club much needed revenue up front, it must be hard to budget if they don't know how many people are going to turn up for each game.
The problem with pay as you go is that sometimes you don't fancy a match, lets say Swinton at home so you don't go, lost revenue!
Personally when buying a season ticket I don't work out, is it better value than if I wait, and if there is better value later tuff t"t.
A season ticket helps the club budget.
But hey, before you me down, I do understand other peoples point of view.
Whatever our views this year is an important year, season ticket? pay at the gate? lets support OUR club.

John these days I don't have much energy for most things Mrs Caroli is a fair few years younger than me and not my first wife .

As for Miss Caroli , she has just had her first tattoo a Rose on her thigh , im not a fan of tattooes , but that's teenagers for you , a few years ago she shocked the Mick Martyn Bar crowd ,by singing the Flute Song to them .
