It seems I am mistaken on this one, on the Leigh board Andy Mazey ( club director ) has posted that in 2016 the middle 8 losers ( positions 5,6,7,8 ) get the 2015 funding of Bradford and London ( £780,000 ) for 5th and 6th with 7th getting Leighs and 8 th whatever this years 2 nd Championship finishers get
Which makes next years 3rd and 4th positions vital, again the ability of clubs to increase their own income is still vital
